Crystal Mestres-Bishop is the founder of REALO Pros, a Real Estate & Loan Origination Coach, and a National Mortgage Banker & Team Lead. She helps ambitious Realtors®, top-producing brokers, and team leaders streamline operations, strengthen production, and scale their businesses.
A Fordham University graduate in Marketing and Business Communications, Crystal brings more than 12 years of experience as a Realtor® and expertise in recruiting, onboarding, and business development. She previously served as Director of Growth & Onboarding for a 300+ agent mega team associated with more than $370 million in real estate sales in 2025, gaining firsthand insight into agents’ challenges and the infrastructure needed to grow.
Crystal founded REALO Pros to expand professionals’ capabilities and improve the homeownership experience. In less than 12 months, she built a nationwide network of 75+ real estate and mortgage professionals. Her brokerage-agnostic platform combines coaching, deal strategy, marketing support, mentorship, and production accountability—helping agents work smarter, streamline each transaction, and optimize their earning potential.
Rooted in faith, service, ownership, and legacy, Crystal welcomes professionals who want to grow alongside a leader invested in their success. She believes in sharing knowledge, building strong partnerships, and helping each other turn ambition into action. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, their three children, and their German Shepherd.
